The Ecommerce Customer Service Executive will deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to customers seeking assistance with e-Commerce. This will be done through helping customers with finding the right products and placing orders, and assisting customers after the sale (shipping, returns, refund, complaints). The Ecommerce Customer Service Rep will drive continuous improvement through direct contact with customers, root cause identification, and driving improvements within the Company by liaising with other departments, E-com manager and external parties involved in the e-com process.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To understand, in depth, the Company product lines, descriptions, and specifications through attending product sessions and reviewing documentation.
To assist customers in finding the right product to delight them.
To support customers through the completion of an order online (shopping cart, payment, confirmation)
To resolve any post sale customer issues (shipment, delivery, quality, return, exchange, cancellation) to the satisfaction of the customer
To ensure that any customer enquiry is resolved to their satisfaction, 100% of the time, regardless of who will resolve the issue (closed loop process)
To escalate any issues to the appropriate person / group based on documented processes
To provide the services listed across e-Mail, phone, chat, and social media platforms
To provide back up support as necessary for other e-com or wholesale Customer Service member
To keep Marketing, Retail and other internal departments informed of website discrepancies or bugs
To support site and OPS processes testing in case of new countries launch
To pro-actively work to ensure best practice company goals are achieved

This is an exciting role supporting our busiest time of the year, on the run up to Christmas. Putting customers at the heart of everything you do, you will be their first line of support via email, telephone or online chat to support them in placing orders and also with after sale care. You will exceed their expectations by providing a prompt and friendly response with the highest level of customer experience.
To achieve this, your role will involve:
communicating with customers in their native language, by telephone, email, online and letter to provide excellent service
building a rapport with them as you help with enquiries including; the order process, product information, tracking deliveries, returns, sizing and quality
discussing new products and managing multiple tasks to promptly close enquiries
identifying ways to improve processes in order to improve sales, brand loyalty and the customer experience
updating our computerised systems and working with marketing, retail and other teams to further improve customer satisfaction.
To join us, you must be:
fluent in Sweidsh and English with the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
customer focused to achieve the best result for your customers and the business
flexible to adapt to changing needs and to meet deadlines
computer literate, including Excel and internet use, and ideally ordering systems.
It will be advantageous if you have:
previous customer service experience in a multi-national business
the ability to multi-task and resolve customer queries
excellent organisation skills and a good attention to detail.
