Customer Service Executive Swedish speaking E-commerce The Ecommerce Customer Service Executive will deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to customers seeking assistance with e-Commerce. This will be done through helping customers with finding the right products and placing orders, and assisting customers after the sale (shipping, returns, refund, complaints). The Ecommerce Customer Service Rep will drive continuous improvement through direct contact with customers, root cause identification, and driving improvements within the Company by liaising with other departments, E-com manager and external parties involved in the e-com process. If you are fluent in English and Swedish, this is an exciting time to join our rapidly growing Customer Service Team that provides an exceptional service to customers buying online or through high street stores across Europe. |
